About the Fellowship

Have you ever wanted to be part of a podcast team?
Are you interested in creating your own podcast?
Do you have a conversation or story you’ve always wanted to share?
The Creative ChangeMakers Fellowship is your opportunity to bring your voice to life. Over 6 weeks, youth fellows (ages 18–30) will learn how to design, produce, and publish their own podcast episode — guided by the Voices of Change team.
By the end of the fellowship, each participant will have developed their own podcast storyline and seen it published on the Voices of Change channel. Along the way, fellows will also explore the behind-the-scenes process of running a podcast — from production to publishing.
This fellowship is especially for underserved youth who have felt unseen or unheard. If you have something to say, this is your space to say it — and to use your creativity to uplift yourself and your community.

Program Structure (6 Weeks)

• Week 1: Orientation & Introductions
  Get to know the Voices of Change platform and meet your fellowship cohort.
  
• Week 2: Podcasting Platforms & Tools
  Learn about the different platforms and tools available for creating a podcast.
  
• Week 3: The Power of Storytelling
  Explore why storytelling matters and how to build authentic, meaningful narratives.
  
• Week 4: Developing Your Podcast Pitch
  Create your podcast storyline, draft your pitch, and refine your topic.
  
• Week 5: Production & Recording
  Hands-on recording sessions — audio and video — with guidance from the team.
  
• Week 6: Showcase & Launch
  Fellows present and premiere their podcast episodes on the Voices of Change channel.
